I am an experienced tutor driven by my desire to positively and meaningfully impact students, and I take pride in providing the best, most personalized, and tailored instruction. I am committed to helping my students reach mastery in their Math and Science courses.

My day job is teaching at the New York State Department of Education. This adds to my teaching experience, boosting my expertise in how to reach your child with tailored strategies designed so they can access the content they struggle with and the skills they need to be successful.

I evaluate each student to determine their proficiency and then optimize the environment, lessons, and instruction to bring them to their zone of proximal development, the area where a learner can benefit most from instruction, therefore stimulating their growth. Your child will receive challenging work, establish attainable goals, and receive practical instruction to achieve excellence in their coursework.

Having experienced multiple cultures and having learned English as a second language, I understand students' challenges when learning new or unfamiliar material. I have worked with children who struggle in these areas and have successfully guided them to proficiency. My focus is on developing students' skills, habits, and key content knowledge to help them achieve strong Math and Science performance, enhancing their academics and career pursuits.

I am committed to helping children realize their full potential in Math and Science and inspiring them to enter, develop in, and remain in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM).
